Mini Homes and Shelters

Storm Proof Shelters are fabricated in easy to assemble “kits” that can be installed on a homeowner’s concrete foundation in as little as 5-days by 3-people. Kits come with complete easy to understand written Instructions as well as a video and onsite support when needed. Shelter Kits can be purchased from Authorized Dealers or Direct from the factory if no Dealer is available in your location.

There are also eight (8) “extension rooms” that can be purchased to expand the floor plan to 850sf, each additional room adds 56sf and includes rooms for Utilities, Pantry, Laundry, Storage, Garden Supplies, Pet Shelter, Workshop, or for any other purpose. (Attached rooms must be purchased at the time the main house is ordered). 

Unattached Shelters from 12’ Dia to 22’ Diameter are available to use as a Garage, Guest House, Pool House, Game Room, or any other purpose. These Shelterscan be purchased at any time at a discount when purchasing a Mini Home.

Homeowners are responsible for preparing the building site, providing building permits and, preparing the foundation, Foundations must be prepared in accordance with Rock Shelter plans and specifications. Shipping is FOB factory and must be paid for in advance of shipping. 

Mini Homes come standard with Rough Plumbing and Electrical built into the frames. The Basic Kit includes a Steel Door, Exhaust Fan and 2 Sky Lights.
